Powerful Reports Terms of Service

Welcome to Powerful Reports! These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Powerful Reports mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Purpose of the App

Powerful Reports is designed to analyse and present trends and themes from Ofsted reports for early years providers.

2. Subscription Terms

The App operates on a subscription model.
Subscriptions are billed periodically (e.g., monthly or annually), depending on the plan you select at the time of purchase.
All subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings; however, cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.

Access to Content

Upon downloading the App, users will only have access to demo data, which provides a preview of the App's functionality.
To unlock full access to features and insights, including detailed report analyses, users must activate a subscription plan.

Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Renewal charges will be applied to the payment method on file.

Promotions

Any promotional discounts are available for new users only and may be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of Powerful Reports.

3. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account at any time via the App’s account settings.
Deleting your account will remove your data and access to the App; however, it does not automatically cancel your subscription.
To stop future subscription charges, you must cancel your subscription separately through your account settings or the payment platform you used to subscribe.

4. Limitations of Analysis

Trends and themes presented within the App are gathered using a thematic analysis method. While care is taken to ensure accuracy, the analysis may not be 100% accurate due to the subjective nature of interpreting qualitative data.
Users should use the insights provided as general guidance and not as definitive statements or guarantees. You will be able to access the full report at anytime.

5. Scope of Reports Included

The App includes only Ofsted reports published within the last year (this is a rolling year).
If an early years provider has received more than one report within the last year, only the most recent report will be included in the analysis.

6. User Responsibilities

Users must ensure the information provided during subscription or account setup is accurate and up to date.
You may not share, reproduce, or distribute content from the App without prior written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, data, and analysis generated by the App remain the intellectual property of Powerful Reports and Power Practitioners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App.

8. Data Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed within the App or on our website.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App and its content are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Powerful Reports is not responsible for any decisions made based on the insights provided.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Powerful Reports disclaims all liability for damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

10. Updates and Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
